About Sofia
Where are you from? I get asked this all the time. My mom is Spanish, my dad is English, and I grew up in Germany. I never really felt like I fully belonged to just one place.
But cooking changed that. In the kitchen, everything just clicks. I can bring together my mom's Mediterranean flavors with the cozy simplicity of British home cooking, and somehow it all just works.
That is what this is really about. Bringing people together, mixing cultures, and discovering that our differences are actually what make things delicious.
